This is a plain-language summary of what RandomAIGames collects and why. It will be expanded before the site's public launch.

What we store

  • Your account: username, email address, and your profile picture if you sign in with GitHub or Google. If you sign up with email, we store your password only as a secure one-way hash, never the password itself.
  • What you do here: the games you upload, your star ratings, and play counts for games.
  • A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes it

  • Neon (database hosting) stores account and game data.
  • Cloudflare delivers the website and stores uploaded games and cover images.
  • Resend sends account emails, such as password reset links.
  • GitHub or Google, only if you choose to sign in with them.

We don't sell your data and don't share it with advertisers.

Games you play

Games are made by other people and run in a locked-down frame on a separate web address. They can't read your RandomAIGames account or cookies. A game can save its own progress in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
